Curious about my time independent work?

This is a 20 minute energetically transmitted acupuncture session designed to calm your system, ease anxiety, and help your body remember how to rest deeply.

Please note, if you are pregnant, refrain from participating.
I’ll create a pregnancy safe protocol soon.

For the Best Experience

1/ Create Space

Find a quiet, comfortable space.
You can sit or lie down, whatever feels most restful. Turn off notifications and make sure you won't be interrupted for at least 20 minutes, ideally more.

2/ Focus

Where your attention goes, energy flows. Set the intention to receive and let this session support you. If you have any doubts, that’s ok. Just call forward the parts of you that are curious and welcome this experience. Focus on them.

3/ Trust

Let your body respond.
You might feel a sensation, nothing at all, or you might even fall asleep.
Trust that the work is happening whether you consciously register it or not.

4/ Repeat

Replay as needed.
Use this session whenever anxiety spikes or sleep feels out of reach. The more you work with it, the more your nervous system learns to settle.
