Just show up, stay present, and go with the flow.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Each 60-minute session flows based on the energy in the room. We begin with a grounding and a reflective prompt. Then we open the floor for live coaching and close with a healing or regulation exercise (e.g., guided meditation, somatic drop-in, energy clearing).

It’s not therapy, but it is therapeutic.

WHO IT’S FOR:

  • You’ve already done some healing work and want an anchor space to drop in regularly

  • You’re processing something (maybe it’s a breakup, burnout, or my specialty: a vague existential crisis)

  • You’re craving a space where you can be real, feel seen, and not have to perform

  • You’re open to intuitive guidance, energy work, and spiritual practice without needing it to be fluffy or fake

WHO IT’S NOT FOR:

  • You roll your eyes at anything that sounds “woo”

  • You’re in need of a therapist, not a container

  • You’re not willing to stay engaged when the spotlight isn’t on you.

PRICING & COMMITMENT:

  • Drop-in: $50/session

  • Commitment package: 3 sessions for $120 ($40 each)
    Pricing is in USD, plus VAT if applicable.

Sessions happen biweekly. You’ll receive Google Meet details after booking.

1. What is Heal Club? Is it therapy? Coaching? Energy work?
Heal Club is part hot-seat coaching, part intuitive guidance, and part nervous system regulation. Think of it like a witchy office hour — a space to drop in, get support, and stay emotionally clear.
Each session begins with grounding and a reflective check-in, then opens space for coaching and healing. Depending on the group energy, I’ll guide you through regulation exercises, energy healing, or meditations.

2. I’ve done a lot of self-development already. How is this different?
Perfect. Think of Heal Club as energetic hygiene — like a regular soul tune-up. It’s a way to stay grounded, clear, and connected even as life moves fast.
If you’re newer to this work, Heal Club is a safe, accessible way to dip your toe in without pressure or performance.

3. What do we actually do in a session?
You’re not expected to share unless you want to — but presence is required. Keep your camera on, stay engaged, and help hold the energy of the space.
I open the floor for hot-seat coaching and guide the group through whatever feels needed: regulation techniques, intuitive prompts, meditations, or healing practices.
Each session is different, but you’ll always leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.

4. What kind of results do people experience?
Most people say they feel seen, supported, and grounded — even if they didn’t share.
I’ve had participants message me afterward saying the session shifted something big for them. You can read some testimonials on my website for more.

5. Is this for a specific issue (like a breakup or burnout), or anything?
Bring whatever is most alive in you. Whether it’s something specific or just a foggy feeling, we meet you where you are.
Even when experiences differ, there’s usually a common thread that resonates with everyone.

6. Do I have to commit to multiple sessions?
Nope. You can drop in for $50/session or commit to a 3-pack for $40 each (+VAT if in Europe). Try one and feel it out.

7. I’m super private — do I have to talk about my past or trauma?
Absolutely not. Sharing is welcome but never required.
Participation just means staying present and being a witness to others. You’re in control of how much you reveal.

8. How is the session structured? Will you tell us what to do, or is it up to the group?
There’s a flow but no fixed formula. I check in with the group’s energy and see what’s needed that day.
Sometimes someone will ask to be coached, other times I’ll gently invite someone forward.
The vibe is intuitive, but always intentional.

9. How do I know if this is right for me right now?
If you’re feeling curious, drawn in, or like your body leans forward — that’s a yes.
If you know your Human Design, lean into your strategy + authority. Don’t know it? Look up Neutrino Design (free) and Google the terms. Or ask ChatGPT 😉.

10. Is this a group or 1:1?
It’s a group space. If only one person shows up, we go for 20 mins. Two people = 30 mins. Three = 40, and so on. Max is 1 hour.
Even if you don’t get coached directly, the themes that emerge tend to hit home for everyone. That’s the universe — giving you what you need, not just what you want.
