Any information provided during sessions, events, or any offering, is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.   4. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility
    By participating in a session, event, or other offering, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as any actions you take as a result of attending. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and agree not to hold Open Hands Energy, its affiliates, or representatives liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.

  6. Recording & Media Release
    By attending a session, event, or offering, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grant Open Hands Energy the right to use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.

  7. Governing Law
    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

By registering for or attending any sessions, events, or offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
