Terms of Service

These terms apply to every booking with Open Hands Energy. By ticking the box when you book, you confirm you've read and accept them.

The services, what's included and the price are as described on my website, booking page or written proposal at the time you book. Those details form part of our agreement, and you'll receive a summary in your booking confirmation. All services take place remotely.

• My work is spiritual and energetic. It is not medical or psychological care, and I don't diagnose, treat, or give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. It can sit alongside therapy or medical care, but doesn't replace it.

• There is no guaranteed outcome. Intuitive guidance is offered for reflection, and your decisions and their results are yours.

• If you're in crisis, please contact the emergency services (112) or a crisis line, such as 113 Zelfmoordpreventie in the Netherlands (113 or 0800-0113), or the equivalent where you live.

• If I feel what you need is outside my scope, I may pause or end our work and suggest other support, and refund any prepaid part not yet provided.

• You must be 18 or older, and give accurate information, including your birth details.

• Our agreement starts when your payment is complete and confirmed by email.

• Single services, and the minimum term of an ongoing programme, are paid in full when you book. After the minimum term, ongoing programmes are paid monthly in advance.

• Consumer prices include VAT. Business prices are shown excluding VAT.

• If a monthly payment fails, support pauses until it's received.

If you book as a private person (not for your business), you can withdraw within 14 days of booking.

Most services start within those 14 days. When you ask me to start early by ticking the box at booking, you agree that:

• once a service has been provided, you can no longer withdraw; and

• if you withdraw after a service has started, you pay for the part already provided.

A single session is fully provided once it has taken place. A multi-part service is fully provided once its final part is delivered. An ongoing program is charged pro rata for the services and days already provided.

To withdraw, email me before the 14 days end. (See Appendix A at the bottom for a sample).

• You can reschedule a live session once, with at least 48 hours' notice, via WhatsApp.

• With less notice, or if you don't attend, the session counts as provided.

• If I need to cancel, or a technical problem on my side gets in the way, I'll offer a new time, or a full refund for that session if none suits you.

• A multi-part service starts once I've received what I need from you (such as your intake form), and runs within the timeframe stated at booking.

Each program has a minimum term, stated at booking, starting on your kick-off date.

• The minimum term is paid in full upfront. If you end during the minimum term, it isn’t refunded, except under your withdrawal right (section 5) or if I end our work (section 3).

• At the end of the minimum term, the programme ends unless you choose to continue. You can renew for another full term, paid upfront, or move to a lighter month-to-month rhythm, which you can stop at any time before your next monthly payment.

• Voice note support runs on working days, usually with a reply within 48 hours, and isn’t for emergencies.

• For the month-to-month rhythm, I’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change, and you can stop before it applies.

• What you share stays between us, unless there's a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, the law requires it, or you give written permission (for example, for a testimonial).

• What you share about your emotional, mental or physical wellbeing may count as health data under the GDPR. I only use it with your explicit consent, given at booking, which you can withdraw at any time.

• How I collect, store and delete your data, and your rights, are explained in my Privacy Policy.

• My readings and voice notes are for your personal use. Please don't share them publicly, and don't record live sessions without my agreement.

I work with care and to the best of my ability. I'm not responsible for decisions you make based on our work. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

If something isn't right, please email me, and I'll respond within 14 days. Changes to these terms apply to new bookings, and ongoing clients get 30 days' notice. These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country as a consumer, you keep the protections your local law gives you.
